:: TOMS Desert Wedge ::

Morning! Up and early on my blog today... You guys all know fall is right around the corner and boots/ booties will be back in season. I purchased these TOMS Desert Wedge booties about two weeks ago because of the photo they had put on their facebook page. To be honest I really did not think these were cute... I decided to try them on and fell in LOVE! Let me tell you they're were two other ladys that were trying them on as well so I figured "Wow, these must be popular this season"...

I purchased mine at Nordstrom and I think they are only sold at specific stores not to sure.

These retail for $89 US which I think is a bit pricey for them considering how affordable the regular TOMS are, but of course you gotta think of style and quality of the shoe.

As you know TOMS will give a pair to a child in need for every pair you purchase! =)

With all of the TOMS they come with a shoe bag as well as a sticker.

What I like the most is the heel is very reasonable and not too high. I have kids so I can still look cute as well as feeling comfy in my booties!

The material is suede, I'm pretty sure there is a protectant spray that u can purchase to protect from rain and or dirt/ stains.

Ugh, I had to get them in black as well... You know how that go's. They also come in taupe! Hope you all enjoyed this post today go try on a pair for yourself! =)

:: Urban Decay SMOKED Palette ::

Happy Monday everyone! So I am back today to show you the SMOKED palette from Urban Decay. I purchased this about two weeks ago at my Sephora. To be honest I was not planning on buying this just because I own so many UD palettes and knowing that they tend to duplicate the same colors in most of them. Change of thought on this palette.



This palette comes with 10 shadows, full size perversion 24/7 glide-on eye pencil,travel size eyeshadow primer potion,and a how-to look book at $44 US. Value of this palette is great each shadow would come to be around $3 along with the bonus items it came with.

Here are swatches of the top row of the palette from left to right:

-kinky,freestyle,mushroom,backdoor,and blackout

The bottom row:

-barlust,rockstar,evidence,loaded,and asphalt

The pigmentation was honestly great in this palette! Not much fall out and very buttery/silky feel of the shadows! I also loved how it came with a few matte shadow as well. You can do numerous looks with the color variation of color that is in this palette.

I was really happy that it came with this perversion liner, I have been wanting to try this and another plus is it came in the full size. As you can see it was very pigmented and dark as Iike. I have to wait and see how it wears through the day. =)

Overall I LOVE this palette, I would recommend this to you all and for the price it is a deal! Did I mention it is perfect for travel. Hope you guys enjoyed this and helped you in anyway!

:: NARS Joie De Vivre Nordstrom Exclusive Cheek Palette ::

Happy Thursday!!! Yesterday (July 11, 2012) Nordstrom had a early access  Anniversary sale for card holders.This was my first attending one. As I was was looking through the catalog I went straight to the makeup section and came across a NARS Cheek Palette. Now NARS came out with one exclusively for Sephora as well, but IMO I think this Nordstrom exclusive was much better due to color combination. The palette comes with six colors and is priced at $65 US.

This is a comparison of a regular sized NARS blush...

The palette has a total of 3.5 g and one blush contains 4.8g just for reference! =)

From left to right ~

Albatross, Gaiety, Luster, Laguna, Orgasm, Angelika

This palette is perfect for Makeup Artists especially how all the colors you need are all in one palette!

Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you all are having a wonderful  summer weekend... So today we get our Sunday newspaper delivered to us with the weekly coupons and specials. I needed to get my daughter a new backpack and lunch sack for her back to school supplies and found some good deals on the Target ad... Along with that some other goodies I found! :: MAC Heavenly Creatures Collection ::

Hey everyone!!! It has been a while since I posted a blog or a video for you guys, I do want to apologize for that! Hope you all are doing well and want to Thank all of my followers as well as subbies for sticking with me. =)

As you all know summer is here and MAC usually launches a Mineralized Collection every year and this year is happens to be the Heavenly Creatures Collection. It launched in stores July 5, 2012. I was lucky enough to pick up some items I wanted and new was gonna sell out! (You gotta be FAST with these MAC Collection's)

This was a fairly large collection, the Collection consist of all Mineralized products. I only purchased the MSF's, Blushes, and One Cremesheen Glass. I'll just get right to it...
